How Engagements Work

The Typical Flow

Here's how a partner engagement usually unfolds:

You identify an opportunity, maybe an existing client with audit findings, or a prospect struggling with their current GRC tool. You reach out to us, and we help you prepare for the conversation. We can join the demo call or provide materials for you to run it yourself.

Once the client is interested, you scope the engagement. We assist with sizing and can provide reference architectures for similar environments. The client purchases their license through us, and you earn your commission.

Then you deliver. You run the initial analysis, configure the ruleset for their environment, develop remediation plans, and train their team. We're available for technical backup if you hit something unexpected, but you own the client relationship.

After go-live, you continue as their advisor for ongoing compliance questions. We handle software support, updates, bug fixes, technical issues with the platform itself. You focus on the consulting work that creates value.

What You Own vs. What We Own

To be explicit: you keep 100% of your consulting fees. We don't take a cut of your services revenue. The only thing we're involved in financially is the software license itself.

You deliver the initial risk assessment, ruleset configuration, remediation planning, training, and ongoing advisory. We handle software licensing, technical support, product documentation, and feature development.

We'll walk you through the platform and run hands-on sessions covering:

Remediation & Reporting , Advanced remediation engine, AI integration through MCP server, executive reporting with Power BI.

No formal certification required. The tool is intuitive enough that most consultants are productive after a single session.


Partnership Terms

No exclusivity, you can work with competing products. No minimum sales commitments. No upfront fees. Either party can terminate with 30 days notice. Partnerships renew annually.
